The following steps will take you through the stages you will go through as you and your startup move forward with StartLabz:
The first step to joining Startlabz is the application. We know this process might be time consuming, but a complete and comprehensive application increases your chances of getting an interview. If you qualify, we will send you an email to come in for an in-person interview.
StartLabz will meet with the startup team members to learn more about their concept. This meeting will help us determine whether you meet the required criteria to qualify for a full evaluation.
The evaluation will assess whether your startup qualifies to be incubated in the StartLabz ecosystem or if you are ready to join an accelerator program in preparation for investment.
Qualified startups will be eligible for training and access to Startlabz’s virtual pitch event.
Our team of mentors will set up recurring meetings with the startups to ensure that the business model is solid and that the pitch is refined enough to be presented to investors.
The length of this process varies depending on the readiness of each startup.
Once this step is completed and the pitch is ready to be presented to angel investors, the startup will be listed on the next virtual pitch event.
StartLabz will offer 5 startups the chance to pitch their ideas to investors every two month at the Startlabz virtual pitch event. If a startup doesn’t have sufficient time to be ready by the date of the event, they will be automatically shifted to next one.
